A playful approach to learning, connection, and emotional growth
As both a counsellor and early childhood educator, I’ve always believed that children learn best when they feel safe, connected, and free to explore. Over the years, I developed a deep passion for creating hands-on resources that support children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development — all through the natural language of childhood: play.
Steps to Wonder is my collection of meaningful, play-based activities designed to help children learn, express themselves, and build important skills while having fun. Many of these resources are tools I use with my young clients in therapy sessions, and I love sharing them with families, educators, and other therapists who want to support children in a gentle, engaging way.
These activities can help children:
Strengthen emotional awareness and self-regulation
Build confidence and communication skills
Develop cognitive and problem-solving abilities
Practice cooperation, turn-taking, and social interaction
Enjoy quality bonding time with parents or caregivers
Explore imagination, curiosity, and creative thinking
Whether you're a parent wanting more meaningful moments at home, a fellow educator, or a therapist seeking child-centred tools, you’re welcome here.
If you’re looking for something special or tailored to your child’s needs, I’m always happy to create personalised resources or offer suggestions.
Feel free to reach out with questions, ideas, or requests. Together, we can create playful experiences that support learning, connection, and well-being.
