Adolescence is a time of big feelings, shifting identities, and growing responsibilities. Young people often need a space where they can talk openly, feel understood, and explore their experiences without judgment.
My approach is gentle, collaborative, and centred on helping teens build insight, confidence, and emotional flexibility.
Through counselling, adolescents can learn to:
Understand and regulate emotions during stressful or changing times
Build confidence, resilience, and a stronger sense of identity
Navigate friendships, school pressures, and social challenges
Strengthen communication skills and set healthy boundaries
Explore beliefs, values, and what truly matters to them
Develop problem-solving skills and healthier ways to cope
Manage anxiety, low mood, overwhelm, or behavioural concerns
Sessions are adapted to each young person’s interests and communication style — whether that’s talking, creative activities, values work, or practical strategies.
Parents are typically involved at key moments to ensure support is consistent across home, school, and daily life, while still respecting the young person’s privacy and growing independence.
